SEARCHING
To search for a product we sell, use the Search field at the top of any page. This is a very versatile search feature.
- All Products or Product Number. This is the default search and, for most people, probably the most useful. Type in all or part of a product's name and hit Go!. All products with any of the words you type in will show up. The best matches will be at the top. Tip: Use only main words, leaving out articles, prepositions, etc. For example, use "Sing Christmas Story" instead of "Sing With Us The Christmas Story."
- Store/Category Search. Select a store (or category) from the pulldown menu. You now have two options.
- Hit Go! to go to that category's store page see a list of all products in that store.
- Enter all or part of a title into the search box and hit Go!. You'll go to that category's store page and see only those products that have those words in their title and are in that particular store.
If you search for a song title, the results will usually also list any collections that song appears in.
Alternately, type in one of our product numbers and hit Go! This is useful if you have a product number from a catalog and want to find more details quickly online.Links to major pages are provided at the top and bottom of every page. If you can't find the link you want, go to the Site Map and check there.
SOUND EXCERPTS/MUSIC/FLASH
We are proud to offer high-quality streaming excerpts of all the songs we write. To listen to our sound clips, you need either Flash Player or QuickTime. Both are available free. NOTE: QuickTime offers a pay version, but it is not necessary for listening to our sound clips.
We strongly suggest that you enable Javascript in your browser: You may not be able to listen to sound clips or use certain other features if Javascript is not enabled. Check in your browser's preferences area.
Flash Player
We use a Flash Player to provide you access to high-quality sound clips. Many computers have Flash Player installed already, but if you need to, you can download it at Adobe's web site.
Certain features on our site work with older versions of Flash Player, while others require at least Flash 8. (The sound clips will work with version 6 and later.) Please be aware that Mac OS 9 and Windows 95 computers are not capable of running Flash 8.
QuickTime
We recommend QuickTime version 7 or higher. You can get the latest version of QuickTime for free from the Apple site:
MP3 Players
We also offer many free music files in MP3 format in the Downloads area. A quick Internet search will reveal several free Music Player Software programs that will let you play these songs. We suggest Apple iTunes.
ACROBAT READER
In order to download certain printable PDF documents we offer, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a free download.
Other PDF readers are available, but they may not work properly with certain PDFs on our site - especially those containing forms.
